cat asked:

i have to go to court tomorrow because a cop said I ran a red light. It’s not true and I wanted plea not guilty, but my brother told me about the unsafe driving plea bargain, he told me to plea guilty and go for the unsafe driving plea bargain… is that a better choice?

    Your innocent until proven guilty. that’s why you’re going to court. Depending on your driving record, you may be offered driving school. Maybe.
