I was wondering if it was possible for me to plea bargain a speeding ticket in california and how exactly I would go about doing that. And if anyone has any experience are police officers usually willing to strike a bargain?

    Bargain is that is really not an agreement between prosecutor and defendant agrees to be dismissed plea.
