Is it possible to negotiate (bargain) nicely AND successfully?

The price that you are many ways to purchase something right away than you dont have the time and you dont need to make decisionh right away than you.
The main thing in negotiating is asked.

The other person really wants everyone wants everyone wants something find out their wants and it will cost.
