is it ASAP or within a few weeks? How is this decided? She is currently out on bail and the court case has been going since June. She is about to accept a plea bargain as she doesnt want to risk a longer sentence if she goes to trial. I was just wondering bc I was hoping a friend of mine would be able to spend xmas with their family before they start their time in prison.

For incarceration but have seen circumstances where term of judgment is given specific deadline to work it depends on the defendant has to stretch the terms of judgment is.
