How much money can I bargain with a car dealer in california?

I’m looking at a car that’s abot 18.5 at the dealer and I brought them down to 16.5. I’m wondering whether in these economic times I can push the dealers to an even lower price, or whether I got the most out of them. Let me know. Car is a 2010 Toyota Corolla.
