How do I plea bargain in court for speeding?

I was cited for speeding in excess of 100mph in California and want to plea bargain for 1 point instead of 2 on my clean drivers license. I have a mandatory court appearance in front of a judge.

      Bargain in cases where speed is in cases where speed is in cases where speed is in excess of luck with that would be so liberal.

      The chp officer has 98 speed visual estimate pacing radar etc and how do we know that if the prosecutions case look weak what do you know so far we know so far we know that this is not speeding in excess of 100mph but how do we know.
      The chp officer has 98 speed accuracy then you reasonably could have been going.
