Any suggestions for negotiating a plea bargain on a moving violation?

I was charged with a moving violation (running a stop sign) and am more concerned with the points and corresponding insurance rates than I am with the actual fine. Anyone know if Pennsylvania prosecutors ever reduce this kind of charge to a non-moving violation if you offer to pay a higher fine? Any and all other suggestions are welcome.

Wow and I thought the fluffy shrt and cuffs went out with the Partridge Family. Is he related to Richard Dawson? It’s like he is halfway between him and Jon Pertwee. Velvet coats in the 21rst century.. Maybe he should auction off his coat as an antique….
