Bargain can be overturned once it can be appealed im not positive on any of this but am about 90 sure sorry cant give you definate answer but that makes sense to me.

Unfortunately, plea bargains are frequently taken by innocent people (they are intimidated into taking these by crooked prosecutors who have a convict-at-any-cost mentality) and they are very hard to overturn. I am sure that a lawyer would be able to find a way to challenge these, but there are many people who are still in jail despite being obviously convicted wrongfully.
