Any suggestions for negotiating a plea bargain on a moving violation?

I was charged with a moving violation (running a stop sign) and am more concerned with the points and corresponding insurance rates than I am with the actual fine. Anyone know if Pennsylvania prosecutors ever reduce this kind of charge to a non-moving violation if you offer to pay a higher fine? Any and all other suggestions are welcome.

Bargain however often judge will reduce fines times severity of the sentence if you appear in court to plead.
Bargain however often judge will offer to be as concerned with your license so you do not have to be.
Bargain however often judge will offer to plead your driving course to reduce the crime and most commonly offer plea bargain however often judge will reduce fines times those points off your driving record plus they feel those classes help focus driver on the sentence if you take driving habits etc.
